How long does a refill usually take?
Online refill requests are typically ready within 12 to 24 business hours. Timing can vary based on medication type, stock availability, and, when needed, how quickly your doctor's office responds.
When do I receive my Confirmation ID?
It appears on screen the moment your form is submitted successfully, and we also send it to your email address or by SMS to your phone number. Allow up to 5 minutes for that message to arrive, and check your junk or spam folder if you don't see it.
Can I submit for a family member?
