Our journey
Our journey began when we immigrated to Canada in 2006 with a dream of building a life centered around community and care. In March 2012, we turned that dream into reality and opened the doors to John & Jack Pharmacy.

The pharmacy counter
It is a true family operation. My father runs the pharmacy counter, bringing decades of medical expertise to every consultation, medication, and service dispensed. My brother, also a pharmacist, works behind the scenes to bring modern innovations to the business and supports the team.

My mother manages the front of the house—if you’ve visited us, you’ve likely met her. She creates an atmosphere of true hospitality, treating every patient like a guest in our home.

As a doctor myself, I don’t work behind the counter, but I see the difference my family makes. We know we are small compared to the big chains across the street. But that is our superpower. Because our exposure is limited, we work harder. When you walk through our doors, we know your name, we know your history, and we will always go the extra mile for your health.
