Can I transfer from another pharmacy?
Yes. Start a prescription transfer online and tell us where your prescriptions are. Our pharmacist will contact your current pharmacy.
Who can use the free delivery service?
Anyone whose prescriptions we fill — seniors, caregivers, and busy families alike. We deliver across the GTA. Call us to confirm your address if you are unsure whether you are within our delivery area.
How soon can I expect my medication?
We aim for same-day or next-day delivery when available, depending on your location, request time, and delivery route. Our team will confirm your timing.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes. If you will be unavailable, please contact us first so we can agree on a safe drop-off or an alternative plan.
What about refrigerated items like Insulin?
Refrigerated medications are delivered in insulated packaging with temperature controls. Speak with our pharmacy team if you have questions about your medication or delivery.
